BE AWARE, once you submit an order to Nobull, there is zero grace time to allow you to cancel, for any reason.
I placed an order through the Nobull web site. Thinking the order was not processed I submitted it again. I immediately contacted Nobull customer service and requested that they cancel my duplicate order which was placed in error. The customer service “canned” email reply came 24 hours later, informing me that once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. I was advised to return the order when received. I discovered that the return was at my expense.
Although I had purchased Nobull shoes before this incident, this will be my last purchase. Their order processing zero has flexibility for customer error.
I am still waiting for my $200 refund. Nobull does not offer telephone customer service.
