Order placed 19 September. Have not received any shipping details. I emailed on 26 September to inquire and was told that my order had been received and that I would receive an update in 24-48 hours. No update received. I emailed again a follow up on 3 October. No response has been received to my follow up. On 5 October, I reached out on the Nobull chat bot on their website and chatted with a representative who informed me that I would be receiving an update by end of day the following day (6 October) and to keep an eye on my email. Have not had any response since. I have emailed the company again on 11 October. No response received yet.
