Ordered shoes Oct 8th because of a coupon I saw on Latimes.com for 30%off. They said they would not honor it after it accepted the coupon online and showed the discounted price but because I was not a CrossFit headquarters employee. Apparently the offer was only internal but got leaked? Whatever. I said fine, just send anyway but it’s Oct 30 and they ignored my emails and just finally today admitted the order was “lost”not just once, but twice and they will refund or offer store credit. I just wanted the shoes! There’s no customer service phone number to call and they send cryptic texts. Seriously, how did it get lost twice? They did not care
