I have ordered from Nobull many times with no issues, but my latest order took a very long time to ship. I kept getting emails saying not to worry and they were just backed up, the order is still on the way. Fine. 2 weeks later only part of the order has shipped. I waited for it to arrive to make sure the other items weren’t somehow included, and then I contacted customer service to inquire on the other items. They say my order had been cancelled due to warehouse issues. Ok… so why wasn’t I immediately informed that it was cancelled? Why did it take me contacting customer service to find this out?? When I complained that this is not fair to cancel my order and keep my money without informing me, they did not care. Seems like they were hoping I wouldn’t notice the items didn’t ship and they could keep my money without providing the products.
