I'm sure the shoe would be great, but I got the wrong shoe in the correct box with the correct back up laces, which is weird. Customer service handed me off to 3 different people, a different person with each response I sent to their questions, although they were all equally polite. 1 of 3 said the shoes were out of stock, when the website at this moment says they're in stock. All 3 gave me form responses, and by the time they offered a refund I felt like I was going to end up with no refund and no shoes, so I just kept the wrong shoes because I was starting to get scammy vibes and I didn't trust they'd follow through on the refund. I got another email from a different company I've never heard of to track the return. I was afraid I'd be talking to 5 more customer service people trying to get the refund, none of them knowing what was going on. At least the shoes I got are something. They seem ok, the quality's fine, but not super comfy considering I was looking for something to do more high impact workouts in. If you get the right shoes and don't have to talk to anybody, you're probably good to order from Nobull, but it's an expensive gamble.
