Very quick and efficient service. Packaging neat and recyclable/re-useable. The body butters are for presents so can't comment on them and the refills are to keep for as and when my old cleaning materials run out. Very compact refills, don't take up much space in the cupboard and very easy to make up. Can't see where the Ocean Savers are made but hopefully not too many miles away - trying hard not to buy much internationally produced stuff!
