Have used NPB many times. All the products I have purchased have been of good quality and work well.
I have had to contact NPB recently by email as there was an issue with my regular product order. My most recent order was the Turtley Awesome shampoo bar. This was a replacement for another product which is no longer available. There was an issue with delivery but NPB sorted this out quickly and refunded me quickly. The shampoo bar is as good as the previous product and it is now produced in UK so even better as it is supporting UK business
