I lost 15 of the 20 pounds I hoped to take off. Noom really does work, if you can stand the cutsie-pie humor and stick with it. The articles are really informative, but after 15 weeks or so, I just stopped reading them. Too time consuming, and not into all the writing exercises and tasks.
When the subscription expires, you can still use the app to track meals, steps, and weight. You can't access the bookmarks made on articles. Not sure you can assess past articles older than a week, and you can't organize them.
