I was never thinking, that I can ever complain about any service, but in that case want to say. Noon people are really throwing money into garbage by paying salaries to their " customer service " team ,as it is helpless. Instead of solving the problem ,they are treating you as you are dumb and using replacing words to tell you " we cant do anything ,just wait" I place my order 4 days in advance of my friends bday ,it should have arrived on the 2 november ,it didnt ,although I received an SMS that it's with the delivery guy...,who called me at 9pm saying it's too late today,I will.do it tomorrow ...well noone delivered ,I called the guy ,he informed me he is off....,called customer service, they didn't have any idea of where my item is and which agent they should call,but promised to put an "urgent delivery " and bring it to me asap ..... the next day I'm calling them again,as you understand ,my bday present failed as I didnt receive anything , and customer service says that she doesn't know where myvorder is which agent has it ,i might receive it soon inshallah tomorrow or this month ,she transferred my complaint to logistic team...,seriously ??? Even Alibaba from China does it better... And after ALL these I receive a message " rate our service " ,guess what I put . So no service , no delivery, no customer support ...
