I warning you not to treat your customer stupid and keep on saying you try to contact my number and you cant reach me cause its a big LIE (no one contacted me and the noon itself cancel my return request). I am the one keep calling your call center agent to follow up my concern and the same information still they can’t fix since november 17, 2020 until today and its annoying no one come and pick up the broken item that was sold (which is the seller know its broken and damage but still wanted to cheat the buyer). Your customer is not brainless and believe what information keep on sending me. I am trying to get the contact of the person or store so that i can call or contact directly or which courier i supposed to then i can drop by myself if its hard for you to fix this issue. The more information you send or mentioned its getting worst and more mistakes, its already annoying to your customer. Its almost 15days can you imagine if you have enough brain that
functioning in your head of all the staff you have in noon I think its a shameful in your part. My question are you going to refund or not?all i need is yes or no... easy no need to tell so much lie and because another 6hrs to wait..this is all about money even a single riyal its counts.
