Noon has the worst customer service. I've had 3 orders cancelled by them without even my approval! And from the same company - eXtra! It seems like they cannot held eXtra accountable for posting items that are no longer available. Just yesterday I reordered an item that I already ordered last week because they cancelled it claiming that it isn't available anymore. Why was I able to reorder it if it isn't available anymore? But I'm guessing, they will cancel this again for the same reason - out of stock! You are basically accepting the fact that you posted an item that isn't available. You made a mistake posting those items. For other companies, they will either replace the item with an equivalent item or better regardless of the price difference. That is accountability. You made a mistake, be a man, admit your mistake and be accountable. But with your company, you just cancel the order outright! Without even getting the approval of the buyer! We had a contract. You posted an item, I bought it with my money, and you have to deliver. If you can't deliver, it's your fault! Not the buyer's! If the customer agrees that you cancel it, then go for it. If he doesn't, you have to replace it. Replacement is one thing that Amazon has and you don't. That is why they are better than you. If you want to improve, match the international customer care standards. You're procedures need to improve and your customer care department needs to be retrained.
