If there is an option to give a NEGATIVE rating i would have done so. back story: I ordered several items on the 29th of Nov with the aim to use it for my hubby's bday. Here are the issues:
1. I ordered black/white/gold balloons, noon's supplier sent me Metallic Pink
2. I ordered frosted black goblet, which was supposed to arrive on the 7th of Dec. (Item did not arrived) and still haven't as of writing.
3. Since I ordered several items, I made sure that I placed my request early to make sure that the items are going to make it for my hubby's bday. As early as 30th Nov, all my items were shipped from the suppliers end except for the black goblets. I immediately made a follow up as 2 of the items that were shipped were from the same supplier so it doesn't make sense that those two were shipped and the black goblets were not. The agent who answered my query informed me that there were no problems with the supplies and that I will get my items at the lastest 7th Dec
4. 6th December I have received all my items apart from the black goblets, so I sent an email and communicated by chat. A complaint was raised and I was advised that I will be contacted within 48hrs. Please take note that from my noon account the status of this item still says processing til this day (9th December)
5. Came 8th December, 48hrs after noon claimed that they will provide
me with an update. No calls, no email was recieved from them, I had to be the one to initiate the chat just to get an answer from them. Now this is where it got interesting, the agent on the chat told me to wait for 48hrs and someone will contact me (Seriously? 8th of December was my dinner with fam for my hubby's bday) apart from not getting the goblet, no communication at all from noon, the agent wanted me to wait another 48hrs to get an update?
6. The agent then told me that they escalated my concern and that I will be contacted within the next 4-6hrs. (Take note that it's already 9th of December now and the entire day of the 8th passed by, this 4-6hrs call did not arrived.
7. If the above information did not made you feel upset, this one will. I checked my email after my chat with the noon agent (I received 2 emails from noon FIRST email stating they have been trying to contact me but they were unable to do so---I checked my missed call list for the day I have NONE from NOON, SECOND email that I have recieved said that the have decided to cancel my order. WOW) yes, you read it correctly, the item whom noon claimed had no supply issue was cancelled.
8. Please take note that every single thing that NOON agents said never happened. No calls, no email update, no follow ups.

*Your customers does not deserve to be lied to and treated like this, sometimes all you have to do is to be DIRECT and HONEST so your clients can still do some contigency for the items that they may actually need on the day promised.
