I ordered a halogen heater (NEGCC0090279692) on Dec 3 and I received the order on time which is amazing service I thank Noon for it. Unfortunately, the second day I used the heater, its turning function stopped working, since the product has a guarantee for 1 year, so I decided to make a return order (RNEGCC00085067) on Dec 6.
For couple of days, I didn’t hear from Noon till on Dec 8 at 7:19 AM, I got an SMS saying “The pickup for your return request RNEGCC00085067 has been rescheduled for the requested date”. While in fact, none contacted me before that time and I DID NOT request any change in pickup date because there is no pickup date.
I contacted Noon customer service on (16358) on Dec 8 at 4:18 PM, I told them about what happened, the agent asked to be sure if there is none from Noon contacted me, I confirmed to her that none did and I didn’t ask for any rescheduling. She said that she will issue a complain and this problem will be solved as soon as possible and someone will contact me to pick the defective product.
After this call, a number start to call me in the weirdest times very early in the morning and keep calling so many times in short period of time, this number is (02 35363224), many times I answer and none is replying, just silent then the call ends, no wonder this number is identified to Noon customer services and marked as spam by Truecaller and similar apps.
Another agent called me on Dec 9, he asked if the problem is solved, I said no, still none contacted me to pickup the defective product and I told him about the annoying calls from this number (02 35363224), he said that his colleagues were trying to call me, and there might be a problem with the network, which doesn’t make any sense because of the simple fact that I answer and none replying me.
Anyhow, the agent said that someone will contact me to pick up the item in the two following days, I asked if we could agree on certain time now during our call, he told me from 10 am to 10 pm. (As if I am supposed to abandon my life and just wait for Noon call).
So far till this moment on Dec 14, none contacted me and none picked up the defective product and I haven’t heard anything from Noon.
I am wondering, if the overall scheme here is to make the customer tired and bored till he gives up on returning the defective product or what!
