Its been 8 days since my 65inch qled samsung TV has not been working, no home visit by the technician and I had to pack the malfunctioned tv again which was wallmounted, and they pick it up, another 3 days no reply and when called they say to wait for another 14 working days. NOON CUSTOMER SERVICE should be ashamed of doing this to a customer
