So this is the 2nd time I'm writing a review about the same problem ... After my 1st review, customer service got back to me very quickly, i was very impressed with the level of empathy from them and i could feel that she cared ... they resolved the issue by refunding me and adding an alternative supplier for the Oakley sunglasses i ordered and assured me that all will be well ... I ordered the same type of sunglasses with no hassle whatsoever ( orange colour ) but the very next day i went to check up on my order if its been shipped or not and to my surprise i see that the colour of my sunglasses are all of a sudden BLUE ???????? I truly don't understand how on earth this happened ?? Aaaaand on top of that i get a notification that my order will be delayed ???? I understand that the product must be in high demand cause they are really cool sunglasses but seeing that my order after i paid for it miraculously changed colour ?? Like what the actual F**k ... Please ask this person that reached out to me (customer service) to find out more detail cause I'm shocked +966118280934 ... I would love to upload of screenshot of the difference but its not allowing me to do so.
