Ridiculous marketing strategy. Recently they posted a big offer sale for 12.12, I bought 2 items of the product with total amount of 6,000 AED. I was surprised that the delivery date will be on the 24th but I waited then. 24th evening I spoke to customer service and said HE DON'T KNOW THE REASON why it is not yet delivered, he said to check and will call the next day. 25th I missed their call but managed to get in touch by 26th, and this is the mind blowing thing I have heard.
1. Sorry as the product you ordered is out of stock. (WTF?? how did the order proceed and deducted the amount cost in my card when it's out of stock??)
2. If you want you can proceed the order however there is a difference of around 600+ AED and to be shouldered by myself. (WTF AGAIN?? you posted an offer then now you're telling it's not the correct price?? That I have to pay additional??)
3. If you want, cancel the order and we will give you compensation, I asked what kind of compensation? and the respond is, we don't know what is it at the moment.
In the end I refused to agree on their terms knowing that this inconvenience is all their fault. I don't know if it's a marketing strategy or just an honest mistake, however whatever it is, they should man up their mistakes and deliver to me what I ordered, brand new, same specs, without additional payment!!! I have waited long enough (12 days) for you to process the order and this is what I get in return after waiting. Absolutely disappointed!
