I bought a new phone and the fingerprint stopped working in a few days. So I went to Jumbo Store (official service center for One Plus) and was informed it will take a day to two to repair the phone but since the phone is not US or Europe made, it will not be covered under the One Plus warranty and will cost me for repair!! Hence, I had to give it back to Noon for repair but they took their standard 21 working days after handing over the phone, to release the technical report on the phone. It seemed like the phone was lying with them all time and they touched it only on 21st day.
Seriously 21 days just to inform what is wrong with the phone while others claimed to repair it within 2 days!! Never going to order again
