My warranty claim was replaced with a lower specification / different model laptop compared what was bought by me. What is more shocking that they are selling low quality branded products as my laptop gave up only after 2 months of light usage where as the laptop should had last far much longer if it was grade one quality product.
Upon receiving had notified Noon and so far there is no progress nor the customer service team is able assist and have asked me to wait again for the same period as the original claim raised in December 2020. They even don't have complaint escalation matrix nor there is a supervisor on duty to assist and handle such complaints. I trusted noon and made my purchase but it seem noon doesn't value it's customers.
Will avoid making any new purchases from Noon.
