Sorry to day your claim service is hopeless. Since I returned my Apple Airpods you claim status shows only in progress, and i dono what is going on to my claim request. After 10 days the status show closed!! Very poor customer service when it comes to return. If you want to compete with Amazon you guys serious have to work on your return policy service.
Here is my claim process went:
1. Submitted claim request on 22 Jan : Status in progress
2. Noon agent collected my airpods on 23rd Jan : No status update nor I got any notification that the item has been picked or received
3. I waited 3-4 days that i will notification that my item has been collected but no notification sadly. Still status in progress
4. After sending email, noon customer called me and updated me that we will refund you amount after a week. I told them to please replace but they rejected and told they will refund. I accepted. But still the status in my profile remain same as in-progress.
5. Feb 4 still no updates on my refund and my request has been closed:-(. I have send couple of emails to noon customer but still i dint received any response.
I would like to suggest to please follow amazon return policy mechanism so that your customer will be happy. Amazon update each and single status by email/SMS and tracking status in you profile.
