Starting off, noon was one of the best solutions and provided excellent services, excellent solutions and excellent products, but consistency is one of the vital aspects of a company, a company which cannot be consistent means it did not start off with fundamental basics. Noon now has been a disappointment in many many ways, first the items delivered arrive damaged, boxes torn and squashed, water bottles broken sometimes which ends up in a huge mess. Second, Customer Service, there is no boundaries on when you will get a call from their team, and why, sometimes they just call to tell you we will call you with the update, why call the customer? drop an email would be a nice solution if you want to inform them that you are still working, emails are never used, and when used sometimes sent twice and when sent it is in a improper format. Third, the charges are high, we all know we buy from noon to spare the drive to the store, and we know we pay higher for this, so at least we want the items delivered properly, what is the point in adding instructions but not following up on them, such as dont knock on the door, leave it outside, when you find the driver knocking the door bell till you wake up to take it, even though you asked to leave it. Forth, why sell something when you dont service it, if you dont, then add to your page same like you add the specifications, it is not professional to let a customer buy something thinking he is buying from the store when the policy is completely different, if you cannot have control over your suppliers then do or exclude them, you are not winning by having more suppliers. My latest experience was it, it was when I decided I am never going to use this e commerce application anymore. I bought a soap dispenser, and it came dirty and full of germs and dirt all over, as if it was used in a public bathroom for 2 years before, I took images and sent to noon, and every time I got a call from the customer service team, they ask the same question, what is wrong with it and can you send us the pictures, when there is no need for me to send the pictures you already have them, if you cant have access to your main email this isnt my issue, it is your system's issue. the calls I got are many and nothing with a proper solution or response. I even get calls on Fridays and Saturdays, considering they are weekends i do not think it is the right time to call me, just to probably again say we are working on the investigation. which I have had almost 2 weeks of these calls. Now I am fed up, I have had so many complaints, their guys dont take complaints seriously, they dont have any manage above their suppliers and if you really need this thing you are buying, use a different source or spare yourself the hassle and go buy it at least you will make sure you get a right item, not broken, packed properly, checked that it is working, and most of all not used before till its burnt out and repacked for you.
