I bought a Nikai Smart TV and not even six months that it's display went blank. When I sent the tv to the noon service center thinking that it was under warranty, the agents from warranty department kept shouting every time I called and literally refused to help or connect my call to a manager. Same information have been given every day almost two weeks now that the tv has an internal damage and is out of warranty. I swear that this will be my last ever experience with noon and will never want to do any business with them in future.
