I bought a baby blender that broke after 2.5 weeks of very light usage (blending banana!), and when I contacted their customer service they said the return policy is only 2 weeks and since I was outside of this, they couldn’t do anything. I explained I don’t want to return it but want a replacement as they sold me a faulty item, but they still didn’t offer me any help (after paying 300 for the item!).
I wouldn’t recommend using them as I think they need to show some goodwill when things like these happen... 2.5 weeks of usage...
