Unacceptable- My order hasn't delivered yet....
My order (NSAD40061028613) had to be delivered to me on 19.04.21. But, i have been told that adress incorrect although i marked on the map correctly. Anyway, and then, delivery was re-scheduled for 21.04.21. But, again no delivery. I called customer service and they said apologies and order to be delivered on 22.04.21. But, once again no delivery. I called customer service, and again they said apologies. It had to be delivered on 23.04.21. Again, no delivery. I called again customer service (btw I called customer service many times for an update during the day) at around 21.30 on 23.04.21. I have been told that delivery department tried to call me but they couldn't reach me which is a big lie.
I was waiting at home and wasting my time to recieve order. This will be my first and last order from noon. I ordered a few items from other online electronic markets and I recieved them on time. But, noon doesn't care their customer.
