I am disappointed with your delivery man, they always go on the wrong location. yesterday the delivery man call me and ask me where are you, I told him im house in Batha. he told me rudely, that is not my location I will give this to another delivery man. Today another rude delivery man, ask me to send my current location thru whatsapp and he told me that is not my delivery location. I told him I already change my delivery location in the noon website why you go on my old location? He rudely answer me "that is not my problem. All your delivery man are like that, very rude.. all my friends have the same coplaint. Can you give your delivery man/driver the proper training regarding how to communicate with customers? Please, more customers are shifting to other online stores because of your delivery men/drivers.
