Terrible back to back experiences with noon. The Nescafé bottle was completely broken when it arrived and glass pieces and Nescafé beans were all over the bag. I sent photos and videos of this item as well. I bought this item because it was on sale, I asked them to send a replacement or refund noon credits so I can buy this item before the sale ends. Now the price has gone up, and still no noon credits even-though they promised the credits within 4 hours and it’s been almost a day now. Oh well, never buying things from noon again! Heard many good things about carrefour, time to shift!
