Worst customer service in UAE. noon noon Egypt I ordered t shirt then the size was wrong and the order when i ask for help since 3 weeks ago bo one is calling no ask from the manager , they promise the manager will call you the manager will help since 3 weeks no one call and when i talk to call center i wasted my time with fake promises and fake emails from noon but they are keep arguing with me and not transferring the call to the manager and keep repeating same thing we can't provide any information and someone will call back. The management never calls back, absoulutly unacceptable and arrogant, neglecting totally the customers. this is worse than stealing.... If you can't provide information to your customers please close Noon. We can buy from someone else. Such a nonsense people they are having. I will say to all customers please do not buy expensive products on Veryyyyyyyyyy unprofessional people on call center after they will take money they will not give you any information when your delivery will arrive. Noon call center will not give you any information and they said they don't have system to find just wait hol day. They will not transfer your call to any supervisor or manager. What a nonsense service they provide.
