I am having a real bad experience with Noon's customer service. Even though i have send several mails and messages but the only thing they revert with is sorry and apologies. I dont understand does it take so many weeks to collect back the item. I have seriously felt a great deterioration in their customer support. Eventhough i mentioned so many times that the collection point is from my office and my timings are until 5pm they send a response back stating that their associate will come by 10pm. I dont think they even understand what they are responding to. Even in bold letters i have mentioned my availability and i get a response stating the same "our associate will come by 10pm". Its become so frustrating. Wish there was someone sensible in their team who could understand and resolve this.
