very bad experience. first they rescheduled the return delivery 15 times, on daily basis without any justification. Only an SMS informing that the pickup has been rescheduled. after 04 complaints and multiple conversations and call with customer care it was picked on 17th days of the return request. Then the next day it was deemed ineligible for return mentioning that it wasnt in its original condition which is not true as the item was never opened and returned as it was received. Now they couldnt justify how it is not in original condition. They again have to create return request which is again rescheduled on daily basis as before through SMS without justification. Only opologies is that Noon can offer and nothing else.
