I have purchased s21 ultra from Noon on 19th December, after the receiving the unit it was fake (like it has only 4X zoom, android version 5.1 etc....) so, I return the product on 20th December & I spoke to one of the noon customer care representative said that "once they receive the product back to warehouse, they will do quality test & they will return the money back in 7 to 14 working days".... I am wondering once I am returning the product they are doing quality test why it is not happening while they receive it from the seller. if the quality test has been done before delivering to customer this things will not happen right?.
once order placed money has been deducted immediately but for returning the money why it is 7 to 14 working days. if the mistake is not from me, why should I need to wait for these many days. very bad experience from noon.
