The worst experience ever, I ordered the product in Dec 24 and as per Noon express it will be delivered in Dec 25 but we never received the product yesterday. We called the customer service and filed a complain and we agreed that the product will arrive today at 10 am but again there’s no product delivered. We chose noon over Amazon because of the delivery time even though noon is more expensive. The worse part of the experience is when I called this morning and spoke to an agent named Dana, she wasn’t helpful at all, she talks while I am talking, she’s rude and hang up intentionally. The way they handle this kind of cases takes a long time and I am not sure why considering they’re a huge company. I experienced a delay from Amazon but they handled the case smoothly and the manager was so helpful so I think they should have the same customer service as Amazon coz the customer is already irate and then the agent is not helpful at all.
