ordered food and immediately contacted support to either cancel or update the address as delivery address was set wrongly. order the quickly accepted despite urgency shown tot he first chat rep. was advised ill be contacted shortly and that she has sent the request tot he restaurant already. in less than another minute i hacve contacted another support feeling agitated the last person tried to simply dish away my concern. Second rep confirmed the updates sent to restaurant and confirmed that address update have been acknowledged. I have warned the rep multiple time the distance will be far i doubt the driver will agree to deliver to the correct address. in fear of getting the order cancelled / undelivered i have asked to ensure that update has really been acknowledged. I even contacted the driver directly and sent him my current location in which he replied OK. Obviously i have been played around by this people kn owing before hand the outcome an hour after but no one even genueinely cared to advise me properly. I could have let them kip the ooerder in the original address and had someone opick it up for me since its been paid for already. after an hour of frustration they ended up cancelleing my order labelled UNDELIVERED. BOTH THE NEW CHAT SUpport and the driver could not even answer where the food went. NOW i have been charged 52aed for nothing except anger and disappointment. never ordering from noon again.
