My ordered item was not delivered to me for 2 days, each time I must call the customer care to enquire about the delivery and their answer is " OUR DELIVERY ASSOCIATE IS ON THE WAY WITH YOUR DELIVERY” If anyone can walk to Jebal ali from Al qusais to take the product from their warehouse, it will not take more than a day. And I still do not understand the paradox that the delivery guy needs 2 days to deliver the product even though it has been dispatched from their warehouse... if we call to customer care, they will never transfer the call to their supervisor, only thing that they are perfect at saying it is the noon company policy. And the delivery time is from 10AM-10PM and t So, in short "customers has to wait for the mercy of the delivery associate to get the product which was already paid" This will be the last time I will order with this DUMP NOON Company. And I would like to thank NOON for helping and pushing me to find a different E-Commerce plat form by providing me with the Worlds disaster customer service that I had experienced in my whole life. Last but not the least Giving you 1 star is because we don't have an option to select ZERO.
