My package was supposed to be delivered on last wednesday but they delivered it to wrong address. Upon highlighting this to the noon team no immediate action was taken and got a call from them on friday saying that they are investigating. I provided the proof of wrong delivery as the package was not delivered to mu room and its not the same door where they usually delivered as well.
On saturday asked them to deliver the package so i can send back home but they kept on telling they gonna raise the new complaint. I dnt get it why new complain everytime and i keep getting a call 2-3 times a day saying under investigation or we will raise a new complain.
I had zero idea that the noon are this irresponsible. Now because they didnt delivered my package at all i bought a new one again and paid extra for the courier and once asking for the compensation for their mistake they r telling me they gonna refund me the same amount i paid. R u serious about it?
And guess what i recently got an email saying tht i requested for the item return😂😂
M sorry but i didnt. I didnt requested for any item to be returned all i wanted was my items to be delivered to me on time which u delivered to wrong address. I need immediate solution on this whoever the admin who your employee keeps telling me its admin’s decision.
Please be alert that this noon is irresponsible online site that i had ever deal with.
