Today I’m going to share my experience with noon warranty for a renewed iPhone 13 Pro I had purchased on 30 Aug 2024.
Then exactly on 18 Nov 2024 suddenly it’s LCD became black without any reason. As it’s under warranty I requested for warranty claim. After lots of emails, phone calls and discussion they pick it up and after 2 weeks finally I received an email including a file that It says this phone is out of warranty!! because it’s damaged by water or accident that’s not true, What a shame! What a shame!
then hey have asked 1200 aed for repairing LCD that even it’s more than market price!
The only reason I bought this phone from noon was about warranty otherwise I could buy pre owned iphone from shops and even Dubizzle very cheaper.
For recent 2 days I was calling noon warranty team and noon customer service many many times but unfortunately and “shame” that they don’t care, don’t respect and even hesitate a small apology… they clearly said if I can’t pay 1200 aed for repairing they return the device by 7 working days!!!
I’m sure u understand that how I have lost all my data on this phone beside a big waste of money and time!
Based on a little search on Google I found out many people have the same problem with noon warranty, So I think it's the time to teach them how to deal accurately with customers,
Please help me with this case and let’s stop shopping from noon specially those products need to come with warranty, pls take it serious and Stand up against oppression and injustice just for a better and happier society because
