This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a delivery app. I ordered food for suhoor because I was fasting the next day (first day of Ramadan), and after waiting for so long, I opened the app only to see that my order was marked as delivered — but no food ever arrived.
The rider completely ignored my calls, and when I contacted Noon’s customer service, it was a total disaster. All I got were useless copy-paste replies telling me to “wait,” with no real help at all. I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor or someone from management, and guess what? No one ever called me back.
This is beyond unacceptable — not only did Noon waste my time, but they left me without suhoor on the night before my fast. It’s disgraceful, and the lack of accountability from both the rider and customer service is shocking. This is not just bad service — this is complete negligence. Fix your system, train your staff properly, and start respecting your customers.
