My order was already 5 days late and even When I received the product it wasnt what I ordered. I paid for Samsung Level U Pro along with some other items and recieved Samsung Level U instead. I called thier helpline to solve the issue, thier operator said he will send me instructions to get the item shipped back and rectify thier error but Since then I have been waiting for the instructions. He even said it will take 10 to 15 days to solve this issue. Seriously??? Never ever has this happened with Souq.com. Noon.com has a pathetic service and I dont recommend anyone to buy and fall for thier false advertising. You will be better off buying from souq or from a local retail centre instead of Noon. Those cheap prices that they display on thier website is just a scam. They will instead send you a product which is an older model or cheaper and is actually at that selling price in the market. Disappointed. Wont ever be shopping from them neither will recommend it to anyone else.
