Ordered iconic headphone which stopped working after 10 days. I applied for return or exchange since the product had 1 year warranty. After 14 days I received call saying that it can't be exchanged since the product was broken. I already submitted the picture of the product in perfect condition while requesting for exchange and the pick up boy also checked the product before taking it. I was denied refund an when I received the product back one earplug was actually broken. It seemed as if the company broke it itself just to deny refund. Worst customer service. Will not purchase anything again and suggest the same to other users as well.
