First, they put the delivery date on each item. I sent an email 2 days before the delivery date as a reminder to deliver the item on that promised date. I was disappointed because no once cared to reply regarding my email and then the item was not delivered on that day. Instead, they gave me me this reply on the night when the item was supposed to be delivered: "We always prioritize complete satisfaction of our customers and make sure that the products reach them within the specified time limit. Unfortunately, in your case, certain situations just came up suddenly and we failed to dispatch the items within the planned time frame." Certain situations? Really? You could have been more specific for me to understand the situation. It was my first purchase and first impression lasts.
