I had ordered for a car seat on the 10th of December 2018. The expected date of delivery was 15th December 2018. Until the 17th of December 2018 I don't get any intimation/ communication from NOON until I call the customer service just to know that they have no clue when I will receive the product as they are still sourcing for the suppliers......ridiculous.
I have asked for a refund and they have weird processes....its takes upto 30days for a refund.........horrible.
Its the worst service...
