This is my first negative review for any company, if I could give less than 1 star I would. I am a loyal souq.com user but however souq.com were unable to deliver my dads Christmas gift before I travelled so I thought I would try noon. On the website it said I would receive my package on Tuesday (latest Wednesday), so I placed the order. I then got a text message from noon on Wednesday evening saying my package has been delayed and sorry for the inconvenience. This text message was very unhelpful as it did not state when I would receive it. I called customer service to ask when I would be receiving the package and they said not today, it's very busy. First of all this is not the customers problem you should plan for busy periods like every other company, secondly do not make promises you can not keep. I then said well if I can not receive it today then I will have to cancel my order as I leave Dubai early on Friday. They then said okay we have cancelled your order and was about to hang up. Luckily I got their attention and asked when I would be receiving the refund. They said we have issued you noon credits. Another bad move. I said, I do not want noon credits as this whole experience has made me never want to use your company again so I would like the balance back into my account. She then stated they will send me an e-mail where I will have to send my bank details via e-mail to them in order to receive the refund and they don't know how long it will take. Every other company in the world when they issue a refund the balance automatically goes back into your account and you do not have to send your account details. On another note at the start of my call it told me to stay on the line after speaking to a customer service agent to give my feedback. This was not an option for me and I genuinely wanted to give my feedback in order for you to improve. Again, the customer is frustrated. Noon you really need to take a step back and look at your procedures as they are making angry customers even angrier. I think looking at the review statistics on the left hand side you should really listen to your customers as there are 89.63% 1 star reviews. If I had seen these reviews I would have never have placed my order in the first place. I think it says it all that it does not give you an option to write a review on your social media pages as the publicity would not be good for you. I will never use noon again but please take my feedback on board so someone else doesn't have to go through the awful and disappointing experience I just had.
