I had ordered a dishwasher from Noon.com on 25th April, the delivery happened on 30th April. To my surprise, after the delivery no one from Noon.com contacted me for any installation. After 2 days, I called them back and they said Noon.com does not take responsibility about installation and it is the buyers responsibility. On 3rd May, I contacted noon.com and the following was the reply from them" "Hello dear, Kindly confirm that the seller can send a team to install/assemble the item for AED 100 (cash). Kindly acknowledge a cash payment of AED 100 to the technician should be paid. Once payment is done and installation/assembling is successful, you need to share the invoice (if available) and we will refund you, dear, the full amount been paid via noon wallet ONLY. Kindly confirm to arrange a date and proceed with the query." I was surprised at their inconvenient procedure where they force you to buy again from noon.com through a credit to noon wallet. Later I had to call up Siemens customer care who mentioned that the procedure that noon is following is not as per siemens who do not charge anything for installation. The top cover was also found broken after opening the packaging. I did not have patience to deal with noon again so I contacted Siemens directly who were more than happy to solve the issue. Guys, this is the most inconvenient website to order anything in the UAE and I am never going to buy anything from here in future. After delivery, they don't bother at all about the customer. Worst service ever.
