I had recently ordered one I- phone 7 plus from Noon.com It was ordered for one of my guest who was traveling on 21/05/19. Product was delivered on 20-5-19. When the product genuinity was verified with apple store, I came to know the product was not new and it was refurbished version. When I raised a complaint on above matter,the response from noon.com was very pathetic. They were not bothered about the traveling date or anything, simply followed normal return procedures. If I want the money to be credited back to my bank it will take around 14-30 days. For the mistakes happened from noon , why I should suffer these much days I was really insulted In front of my guest with these incident.
