I ordered a note 9 from noon on the 23rd of May 2019. As per the order, they were to have the order delivered at my apartment at on the 25th. I had called Noon, numerous times to find out the delivery time, and I was told on all occasions that the delivery would take place before 3:00 AM (Not PM) on the 26th. Few minutes ago I received a message stating that the order had got cancelled, even though I didn't.
Pathetic customer service. It seems to me that they have internal issues related to communication.
The plan was to have the phone handed to my friend who is travelling tomorrow morning.
DO NOT WASTE TIME PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM NOON.com.
