Very bad experience with noon and it will spoil the trust on online shopping. I ordered the 5 items and received 4 of them with poor response and time. One item is not delivered yet and following with them since last week. To avoiding inconvenience on delivery, I informed my office timings to their sales man and customer service. But no one is listen nor recorded my complaint. Every time says “We will give top priority response”. But nothing happened. Their “Live chat” “Whats app chat” was full of liars. No one will determine the exact delivery date and time. Top to bottom all are liars and they will not keep their promises. To top it all their Compliance teams are even worse. I did a big mistake, should check the reviews before order anything. 88% of the customers are reviewed as “Bad”,“Poor”& even worst. Most unpleasant customer service. It seems to me that they have internal issues related to communication. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM NOON.com.
