First of all I gave 1 star just because it’s mandatory to give a star ., if not it doesn’t even deserve a star . I was a regular customer using noon more often but later it seems like they are degrading, in June I bought two stuffs which I gotta send for refund. One a rechargeable fan which wasn’t even working & another a watch which was broken & tags were already removed when I opened the package, it’s been a month still no action have done or refund completed , whenever I call their customer service they raise a complaint and assuring us that they will solve it in 48 hrs which never happened., it’s been 3 times since I raised the complaint & many more 48 hrs gone so far. So , people don’t ever use Noon.
