Horrible service. I was told that I can expect the delivery today before 5pm so I gave my work address. By 5:45pm, I am still in the office waiting for the delivery. I called the customer service and I was told that they will deliver the package today before 10pm, so they took my home address and updated it in the system. 9: 33pm I called customer service again to follow-up, had to call twice before I was able to speak to an agent because agents hung up on me. Finally and I was told that it will be delivered the next day. Nobody has the courtesy to inform that the delivery will be rescheduled. I don’t mind waiting for a day or two, but please be mindful of your customer’s time. Do we really have to call the customer service everytime we place an order at your website? Is this how it works for Noon?
