I ordered a power bank and I had to return it because the charging was very slow. The next day I requested a return thru the mobile app of noon. The next morning someone sent me a text message that he is working with noon and was asking my location and office timings. I replied and gave all the information needed. I even call him at 5:00 pm to ask him what time he will pick up the return item. He did not answer. Until now the item is still with me and nobody contacting me. Here is my conclusion. It is like a force selling that they do not care to the customers once you bought something from them as long as they have sales. Anyway goodluck to Noon.com. I will keep the item with me but this is my first and last order from you. Very bad customer service.
