By going through the reviews, I feel like I am lucky that I have received something where there is some change in the specification only. I should have gone through the reviews earlier. I have contacted customer care through phone, took almost 15 minutes to explain the complaint and gave the WhatsApp number where the reply is to return the product and order again. Then why should we go for 'noon' if it is just to return the order? They don't even think of the replacement of the product or feel it is a mistake from their side.
