I ordered an item at the end of June 2019. This item I received was not as described so i returned it immediately. I was informed that i would receive a full refund. This was not the case. For some reason I was gifted noon credit instead (which I didn't want as wasn't going to use them again). I complained and explained that I wanted my money back and was told that this was raised and sent on the 11th July and would take maximum 14 - 30 days. I have contacted them again twice in this period and told it was waiting on the bank and all had been processed. However, today I checked again and found that the transfer had only been issued on the 28th July. The customer service agent explained it was a 'technical error' and there was nothing they could do about it and therefore I have to wait another 14-30 day (going to be at least 30) for the refund. Meaning it will take 2 months to get my money back!
