THE WORST E-COMMERCE WEBSITE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!! I ordered a hard drive with EXPRESS DELIVERY that was supposed to be delivered the second day it has been 3 weeks and till today it is not delivered and when I follow up with their support team guess what the excuse (OH APPARENTLY GOT LOST and NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IS IT!!!!) How come this happens I have no clue, they have the worst Supply chain and logistics system if they can't even track their own items that go out for delivery. And today they called me saying that we are calling regarding "your lost item" that apparently CAN'T be found if we can cancel your order and place a new order, NO I will not place a new order GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT NOT TO NOON CREDIT BECAUSE I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM YOU!!! That's one, the second and third items that were in my order basket got delivered after 10 days and guess what wrong order and wrong sizes of the wrest watch band although I did request a specific order with a specific size and one of them was delivered to me OPENED and dirty like it has been returned by someone else and they just gave it to the next person who ordered,, OFC I returned them back and they added the amounts in my Noon Credit,, all I need now is this amounts to be back to my bank account ASAP. You guys are the worst in the market, no need to try to expand abroad your chances are 0 to survive, you need to get classes first in Customer service and customer satisfaction!!!
